CHICKEN:  Roasted red pepper aioli, mixed greens, red onions & toasted walnuts. $6


DUCK: Cooked to Elvis Presley “Love Me Tender” perfection.  Don’t duck when it comes yer way…sliced radish, apple allspice topping and tomatillo salsa…flat bread! $6


SUPERMAN:  Chicken tenders tossed in lemon chipotle hot sauce topped with red onion and organic spring greens. It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a pita! $6


FISH:   A crispy strip of bacon. Pear Puree with chorizo and fresh cilantro.  Ride’n a corn tortilla wave. $5.5

‘Veggie Version’ – no chorizo pear puree and/or bacon but add chipotle aioli & greens


SHRIMP: Served warm & bedded with organic spring greens, toasted walnuts, red onion and cilantro pesto $8.25


SHORT RIB: Spicy! Braised with our kickin' homemade red wine BBQ sauce with fried shoestring onions, topped with scallions. $6.25


ORANGE PORK:  Boston Butt rubbed and roasted in orange zest and stripped in da goodness topped with carmelized onion, raisin, banana pepper, garlic aioli, toasted chopped almonds and cilantro.  Orange-ya-glad-ya-ordered it! $6


VEGGIE: Vine ripe tomatoes, buffalo mozzerella, balsamic glaze, fresh basil. Yum!  $6 

 

STEAK: Lime and tequila marinated skirt steak (flavor surpasses toughness).  Thinly sliced, topped with garlic aioli and fresh 100% organic baby arugula, baby.  $6
