PEEL ‘N EAT JUST-CAUGHT LOCAL SHRIMP: 1 boastin’ pound with cocktail sauce, butter and lemon $16

FISH TOSTADA: Seared whitefish filet served over twin crisp corn tortillas topped with black beans, both salsas, fresh avocado, cilantro $8 

CRAB CAKES: Local Tybee recipe, served on your choice of two mini buns or on a bed of organic spring greens and roasted red pepper aioli. Woohoo! $13

 

BURGERS:

CHORIZO BURGER: ½ Lb beef and chorizo patty-o topped with bacon, spring greens, red onion, guac, red onion and queso. $8.5 add shoestring fries for $1 extra

 

TRUFFLE BURGER: Minced bacon and clarified black truffle butter hand packed into our ½ lb beef patty.  Topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and a sauce that we’ll never explain to you because you might just steal it.  $10 add shoestring fries for $1 extra

MINI DUO: Topped with crab, red onion, mango, organic spring greens and chipotle aioli $7.75 add shoestring or sweet potato fries for $1 extra
